As part of the national Dying Matters week organised by HospiceUK, we are taking part in a few events.
In Devon, Sophia is opening her workshop to the public, pleae come along and meet friendly faces, maybe have a go at (or just watch!) some willow coffin weaving, tasty refreshements will be available. Proceeds will go to Childrens Hospice South West.

10th May/ 10 to 2pm - Vicar Lane, Chesterfield - demonstrating weaving willow coffins
11th May/ 10 - 2pm - Granville's Wood Burial Ground - demonstating willow coffin weaving
12th May/ 10:30 -1:30 - Newfield Green Library for Sheffield Life Loss and Death Festival 2024 - running 'Greening of Funeral Practices' alonside Shroud and Ashes, and the Woodland Burial Company.
